When the seminar was scheduled for me I wondered the benefit that I would receive from attending as I have a tertiary background that has given me lots of understanding of grammar and writing e-mails. However, I found the course to be extremely useful – in particular the key objective of thinking of your goal when you are communicating. Thank you for your valuable time.

Thanks for the fantastic seminar you gave us this week, I found it really helpful and inspiring, and have already recommended it to many others at work and out of work. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to maintain focus for a 3 hour grammar seminar, but it took no effort, as you kept the seminar interesting, interactive, and fun... What I found most helpful was looking at why we communicate, and then understanding the importance of asking yourself what your goal is before you begin. This has given me a lot more confidence in my communications at work, and also saves me a lot of time. Great results.
