| Venue |
For your convenience, all seminars are held at your own premises (or at a venue of your choice and provision). Venues must have adequate seating for attendees and contain a large whiteboard. |
| Travel fees |
Nakedize Limited is based in Auckland, New Zealand. Seminars at venues located outside Auckland may attract a travel fee and per diem allowance. Any such fees will be negotiated upon receipt of your booking request. |
| Deposits and payment terms |
Deposits are required at the time of confirming any booking and seminar fees must be paid in full at least seven (7) days prior to the seminar (or first seminar in the case of multiple seminar bookings). All payments are refundable, subject to the cancellation fees detailed immediately below. The deposit for single-seminar bookings is $1500.00+GST; for multiple-seminar bookings it is 25% of the total fee. |
| Cancellation fees |
Cancellations made 8-21 days prior to the seminar (or first seminar in the case of multiple seminar bookings) forfeit 50% of the deposit; cancellations made within seven (7) days forfeit the entire deposit. |
| Cancellation or postponement by Nakedize Limited |
Nakedize Limited will immediately notify clients should it need to cancel or postpone a seminar for any reason. However, Nakedize Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of cancellation or postponement of a seminar. In the case of cancellations, any fees paid will be refunded in full unless otherwise negotiated. |
