Simon Hertnon: The anatomy of a naked grammarian
What happens when you combine a Linguistics graduate, a writer, a social entrepreneur, and a philosopher? It seems you get me.
As a student of Linguistics I have learned grammar: the tools of English.
As a writer I have learned to appreciate the power of those tools and I have also come to understand their limitations: good grammar won't fix a flawed message.
As an entrepreneur I have learned the true value of staff who can communicate efficiently, concisely, and effectively.
And as a philosopher I have come to the realization that there is no good reason why anyone should have their opportunities in life hamstrung by nothing more than the lack of a few easily-learned skills.
The Nakedgrammar seminar is the culmination of many years of contemplation, research, and development, and I hope you choose to try it because the benefits of communicating more efficiently and effectively are difficult to overestimate.
And, please, don't be put off if you have previously attended or sent staff to grammar seminars or business writing courses with little positive effect to show for the expense. The Nakedgrammar seminar is different: it's effective, and that's guaranteed.
